Working with me is different to anything you have experienced before and transcends the limitations of using traditional consultants and advisors to solve your problems.

In the past, you might have engaged - a strategy consultant to solve organisational problems - a corporate finance advisor to help you raise capital - or an executive coach to support you with leadership challenges. Instead, you should think of me as someone who covers all of those bases, through a single delivery model.

My approach is different because I strongly believe that each leader already has the innate capability and strengths to tackle even their biggest challenges. I also believe that the most effective solutions come from those who face the problems directly.

While consultants and advisors offer valuable expertise, what they often lack is the ability to inspire breakthrough thinking and help you leverage your own desire for change.

My programmes usually operate at the intersection between coaching, mentoring and consulting. Whilst non-directive coaching in its purest form is helpful for the clarification of goal-setting and action planning - I believe you need something extra if you want to strive for exceptional performance in the world of corporate leadership.

Engagement Options

  • One-to-One Coaching

    My coaching programmes offer the most comprehensive support available for accomplished executives seeking accelerated success. Depending on your needs, we typically start with a comprehensive set of diagnostic assessments followed by 6 x 90 minute flexible coaching sessions over 3 months. During this time we’ll work on a collaborative basis to develop transformational strategies for change. My programmes are all about personal service and you will have 24/7 access to me throughout the process.

  • Advisory Board

    Following an initial block of coaching sessions, many clients retain me as a confidential sounding board to provide an outside perspective on key issues. We typically meet once per month to work through challenges and opportunities. The arrangement offers a safe space where you can let your guard down, knowing that I will always be by your side as a trusted peer. You can be sure that I will listen carefully, talk candidly and ask tough questions to help you make well informed decisions as you tackle the big challenges of business and life.

  • Targeted Support

    My coaching first approach favours conversation over presentation, resulting in lower costs, quicker impact, and increased satisfaction for you as the fee paying client. Very occasionally, I may agree to engage on a consultancy or advisory basis where I believe I can make a big impact and add considerable value to an organisation or project. This type of assignment is typically focused on delivering short-term, targeted support and I am usually in and out in less than 3-months.
